The path specified cannot be used at this time. (Exception from HRESULT: 0×80070094)

Si nos encontramos ante este error en MOSS 2007 o WSS3.0, el "woraround" para solucionarlo es básicamente reiniciar el servicio "WSS Timer service", lo cual podemos hacer desde línea de comandos:

net stop sptimerv3

net start sptimerv3
