Básicamente la idea es realizar el "attach" de la base de datos de contenido vía PowerShell para SharePoint 2010 con el cmdlet:
Mount-SPContentDatabase
Aparte, complementaremos los pasos indicados en este artículo con la ejecución posterior del comando PowerShell:
Upgrade-SPContentDatabase
